About The Global Gift Card

The Global Gift Card is our universal gift card allowing the recipient to choose freely among all our gift cards, experiences and products.

A redemption is basically an "exchange" of your Global Gift Card into one or more new gift cards from the brand or the experience chosen.

The Global Gift Card is also redeemable to physical products, in some countries, which will then be sent directly home to the recipient. Thus, The Global Gift Card is a wonderful gift fitting absolutely everyone.

Can I use my Global Gift Card directly in stores?

No. The Global Gift Card can only be redeemed online at gogift.com/redeem.

How do I redeem my Global Gift Card?

Can I redeem my gift card over several times?

Yes. Register your Global Gift Card again on our website, and if any balance is left you will be able to use it.

I have received two or more Global Gift Cards, can I redeem them together?

Yes. Once you have registered one Global Gift Card you can register the second one as well through your Redemption Overview in the bottom of the screen by clicking "Add more Global Gift Cards".

Please notice! Some variants of The Global Gift Card may not be redeemed in the same order. In these cases the most recent Global Gift Card you enter will become the active one, and the other Global Gift Card codes will be removed from your balance. You can still redeem the other Global Gift Card codes by registering them anew.

How long is the validity of my Global Gift Card?

In most instances 3 years from the dispatch date. However exceptions may apply in some countries. We refer to our Terms and Conditions pt. 10.2.

The actual expiration date of your Global Gift Card is displayed on it.

I just registered my Global Gift Card. Why is my balance lower than expected?

Check if you have any items (gift cards or products) in your basket in the top right corner of the website.

Any items added to your basket before registering your Global Gift Card will be brought along into the redemption flow, and will thus be automatically deducted from your balance.

If this is not the case, then please contact us through the form further down.

Why must I choose the amount I want to redeem to when my Global Gift Card already has a specified amount?

Your Global Gift Card can be redeemed more than once, so you don't have to spend the entire amount in one order.

 

Your Global Gift Card can also be redeemed for more than one gift card, experience or product at a time — and you can even combine them in the same order.

 

Therefore, you must choose a value amount for the gift card you redeem for, because you decide how much of your Global Gift Card you want to use on each item.

About Partner Gift Cards

Partner gift cards are all other gift cards than The Global Gift Card in our product range. It is gift cards that we mediate on behalf of the partner, and it is therefore the partner that determines the conditions for the use of the gift card.

About Products

Products are our various designer goods that you may redeem your Global Gift Card into. It may be a Kay Bojesen figurine to headphones from SACKit and everything in between, and our product range is continuously updated to always have a fresh assortment to choose from.

How will my product be delivered?

Products are either delivered to parcel shops or your home address, and you choose yourself which in the step after the basket. Here you will be asked to add an address, and we will present you with possible options in proximity of it. Please notice that we do not offer home delivery in all countries.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as a private consumer you can cancel your order. Read more in our Terms and Conditions in pt. 18.3

Can I order a gift card with same day delivery?

Yes. If you purchase or redeem to a gift card with e-mail or text message delivery you will receive it on the same day.

Can I attach a personal greeting even if I wish to deliver the gift card in person?

Yes. The personal greeting can be printed along with the gift card.

I haven't received my gift card on Gmail?

In most cases the gift card will arrive just fine in the inbox. However, in some instances Google's Gmail will sort the gift card e-mail differently.

When you log into your Gmail account you are often presented with three tabs in the top of your inbox: 1. Primary, 2. Social and 3. Campaigns. If you don't see the gift card in your inbox then make sure to check all tabs for it.

If you find it, you can move it to your inbox and then you will in the future receive gift cards there as well.

I haven't received an order confirmation?

Make sure to check on our website that you have completely finalised your order. You do that by clicking the basket in the upper right corner. If you still see your gift cards and product herein, the order isn't completely finalised.

If this is the case, then finalise the order from the basket page and you should receive your order confirmation shortly after on the e-mail provided in the billing information.

Please notice that the order isn't completely finalised until you land on the order confirmation page.

I have received an order confirmation, but my digital gift card has not yet arrived?

Please check that the address, e-mail address or phone number you have provided for delivery is correct in the order confirmation. If not, then contact us to get it updated.

At times the e-mails we send land in spam filters. Please check if your gift card may be in there, if you are expecting a gift card delivered by e-mail.

If all delivery information is correct, and it is not lying in your spam filter, it may be caused by delays or that the item you ordered is temporary out of stock. You are always welcome to contact us with your order number to get a status on your order.

To provide all customers with a secure shopping experience all payments are controlled and some payments may be blocked by your bank or credit card provider. Your card or account must have sufficient funds in order for us to process your order, if not it will be credited. You are always welcome to contact us with questions.

I have received a gift card on e-mail or text message — how do I open it?

E-mail deliveries: The delivery e-mail contains a guide on how to access your gift card. Click the link "Click here to get your gift card" and follow the instructions.

Text message delivery: In the text message, click on the link following the text "Tap here to get your gift card" and follow the instructions.

You will in both cases be asked to provide the e-mail address or the phone number you received the gift card on, to prove you are the rightful recipient.

Can I send the gift card to myself when I want to give it to someone else?

Yes, you do this by adding your own details as the recipient on the product page. No name is written in the gift card so it has no meaning other than delivery destination what is put in as recipient.

However, please notice that for e-mail and text message deliveries, the e-mail address or phone number.

I am ordering for a business and wish to pay by invoice — how to proceed?

You must create a business user to be eligible for invoice payment. Sign up at business.gogift.com
