14 Intellectual Property Rights

14.1 All intellectual property rights in TGGC and the Website are owned or provided under license to GoGift. Unless expressly agreed by GoGift in writing, you have no right or title to such intellectual property rights.

​14.2 You shall not use the brand, logo, or graphics of (or any that are similar to) TGGC or the Website without the written permission from GoGift.

These Terms and Conditions are available in multiple languages through the language dropdown in the top right corner of this website. If there are any inconsistencies between the English version of GoGift's Terms and Conditions and any translated versions, the English version shall take precedence.

In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Danish versions, the Danish version shall take precedence in Denmark. Likewise, the Swedish version shall take precedence in Sweden, the Norwegian version in Norway, and the Finnish version in Finland.
