6.1 In the event that goods supplied become faulty after 180 days of receipt by the customer, the third-party fulfilment provider's obligations shall be limited to those arising under applicable statutory rights and the manufacturer's warranty (where still in force).
6.2 The third-party fulfilment provider may, at its discretion, assist the customer in pursuing a claim under the manufacturer's warranty where one remains applicable, but shall not be obliged to do so beyond providing Proof of Purchase documentation and relevant manufacturer contact details.
6.3 Where applicable statutory rights provide the customer with a remedy beyond the manufacturer's warranty period, the t-party fulfilment provider shall not unreasonably refuse to assist in facilitating such a remedy, but any costs associated with inspection, repair, replacement or return logistics will be passed to the customer, subject to the customer's approval before any chargeable work is carried out.
6.4 Nothing in this clause shall affect the statutory rights of the consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
