12 Liability

12.1 We have no liability for unauthorized access to or use of your TGGC(s), for any delay or inability to use TGGC or if we have blocked the use of TGGC(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

​12.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability where it cannot be limited or excluded at law.

These Terms and Conditions are available in multiple languages through the language dropdown in the top right corner of this website. If there are any inconsistencies between the English version of GoGift's Terms and Conditions and any translated versions, the English version shall take precedence.

In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Danish versions, the Danish version shall take precedence in Denmark. Likewise, the Swedish version shall take precedence in Sweden, the Norwegian version in Norway, and the Finnish version in Finland.
