4.1 In the event that goods supplied become faulty within 30 days of receipt, the third-party fulfilment provider may arrange to have the goods collected. The third-party fulfilment provider shall be responsible for warranty handling, including repair, replacement or credit, and shall cover all related costs including returns and replacement logistics.

4.2 The goods must remain in the original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentation as originally supplied.

4.3 The faulty goods may be returned to the original supplier for replacement or repair and thereon returned to the customer. All customer service relating to faulty goods and warranty claims shall be handled by the third-party fulfilment provider.

4.4 No replacement shall be dispatched without the customer’s explicit prior approval.

4.5 Any additional cost associated with the replacement, including any difference in value, freight, handling, or related costs, shall be borne solely by the third-party fulfilment provider.

4.6 The third-party fulfilment provider shall be responsible for all communications with the customer relating to the proposed replacement.

4.7 Where a replacement is accepted by the customer, the third-party fulfilment provider shall issue a full credit for the original order and issue a new invoice for the replacement order.
