9 No exchange for cash

9.1 Save as set out below, the value on TGGC cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by local law.

In the US and Canada, TGGC is considered as a reward or loyalty voucher and not a gift card, and therefore it cannot be exchanged for cash neither.

To request a cash exchange in Denmark, please contact Customer Services. This only applies to TGGC received from a consumer. If TGGC is received from a Corporate Client it is not exchangeable for cash.

These Terms and Conditions are available in multiple languages through the language dropdown in the top right corner of this website. If there are any inconsistencies between the English version of GoGift's Terms and Conditions and any translated versions, the English version shall take precedence.

In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Danish versions, the Danish version shall take precedence in Denmark. Likewise, the Swedish version shall take precedence in Sweden, the Norwegian version in Norway, and the Finnish version in Finland.
