8.1 In the event that goods are returned by the courier as undelivered, the goods will be returned to stock, and an automatic credit will be raised. The third-party fulfilment provider shall be responsible for handling such returns and issuing any applicable credit. The third-party fulfilment provider shall also be responsible for customer service and customer coordination relating to such undelivered returns.
